Place 1 heaped teaspoon in a cafetière or teapot with an infuser. Add 1 cup of boiling water. Allow to infuse for 5 - 10 minutes. Drink 2 cups a day. The vial itself is reusable or recyclable. Why not add some loose leaf tea and gift the vial on?

Spearmint leaf:
Spearmint has significant anti-androgen effects, meaning the male hormones that contribute to acne in women has a lesser chance of doing its damage. What’s more, spearmint kills skin disease-causing bacteria and yeasts and has anti-inflammatory properties.

Echinacea leaf:
An antiseptic herb to support the immune system and reduce infection in the sebaceous glands.

Calendula petals:
A gorgeous lymphatic herb that helps improve skin function and relieves congestion in the skin

Nettle leaf:
Nettle is a diuretic herb to help elimination through the kidneys. It is also blood nourishing and highly nutritive.

Licorice root:
Licorice has natural anti-androgen properties which help with hormonal acne. It is naturally anti-inflammatory and boosts liver health. Rich in glycyrrhizic acid, the licorice root protects the liver from environmental toxins. It also protects the liver from toxins that may enter our bodies through food, medication and alcohol. Good liver health is important for hormonal balance.

(Caution: As it contains licorice, people suffering hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.)
